Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

Antenna has an on-site consulting opportunity for an Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist with one of our clients in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro. This role will involve managing strategic marketing initiatives and analysis from concept through execution. The candidate will manage the development of brand strategy, which can include brand frameworks and customer journeys while managing the implementation and consistency of the brand guidelines.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and consistency of the brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and execute communication campaign/program with appropriate internal and external partners, to distribute against brand and communication plan & strategy
  • Provide analysis of emerging communication trends, championing for consideration and/or testing
  • Lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional Teams on key functional areas
  • Strategize for product content creation and digital solutions including identifying where in the customer journey digital solutions best fit



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Content marketing, marketing automation, customer journey mapping experience
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • 5 years of marketing communications and campaign execution
  • Experience managing annual marketing budget a huge plus
