Organizational Development Specialist

Antenna has a new opportunity for an Organizational Development Specialist specializing in change management and business operations with our client in the Twin Cities metro. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to teams to increase workflow efficiencies in a way that effectively promotes our client’s culture. This role’s primary responsibilities will include project coordination, business operations, and analytics support to empower the delivery of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Organization Development/Organization Effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of change management methodology and practices
  • Expertise in PowerPoint required
  • Identify alignment gaps, issues, and potential risks and provide insights to mitigate risks 
  • Develop communication plans and tactics for business leaders to increase end-user adoption of new business practices and processes 
  • Data analytics experience
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles 
  • Experience leveraging and evaluating program/project management is a strong advantage 
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
