Position Description

We are continuing to grow and are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our team. If you are looking for a role that values relationships over transactions and believe in always adding value, this may be the right role for you. The Talent Development Manager will grow Antenna’s community of marketers by proactively seeking out new marketing consulting candidates, initiate and nurture relationships with candidates and collaborate with our sales team to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a collaborative, non-transactional Recruiter who will bring new ideas and a passion for connecting candidates to the right next opportunity.
 

Responsibilities

  • Bring a depth of experience to enhance current workflows, processes and recruiting efforts
  • Source, recruit and screen prospective candidates
  • Partner with the sales team throughout the entire process to fulfill talent needs at every level
  • Document all necessary information in ATS and other relevant systems
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for all Antenna candidates
  • Engage in networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand

Education/Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years successful track record of recruiting professional candidates for a staffing or consulting organization
  • Must have experience in a fast-paced and quick turn recruiting environment
  • Strong interest in or, working knowledge of, traditional and digital marketing
  • Undergraduate degree required in marketing, HR or another related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM) on a Mac operating system
