Insights and Research Analyst

Antenna has a new direct-hire opportunity for a Research and Insights Analyst with a client in the Twin Cities metro. The ideal candidate will have experience at uncovering insights, presenting them to the business, able to advocate for their recommendations and successfully influence critical business decisions. You will regularly work cross-functionally with the sales and analytics teams, providing actionable insight to the internal team and client prospect. Learn more about us at www.AntennaConsulting.com

Responsibilities

  • Prepare research summary inclusive of industry dynamics, company attributes, key performance indicators, and marketing plan
  • Define target markets and analyze promotional effectiveness 
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand presence
  • Pull data sets from disparate sources and create visualizations for leadership, sales, and marketing teams
  • Monitor competitors’ products and promotions
  • Analyze data and develop insights for future improvements
  • Work with Primary and Secondary data sets – including but not limited to financial data, customer data, and digital analytics


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree helpful
  • 3-7 years of experience working in analytics, insights, and research
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and passion for data
  • Strong mix of quantitative and qualitative research
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
