Digital Marketing Manager

Antenna has a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with one of our clients in the Minneapolis metro. This position will define the communications strategy and develop marketing communications across all platforms. You will be working cross-functional teams and key stakeholders in this role and be responsible for participating in the development of engaging content for websites, newsletters, blogs, social media and advertising. This role will be responsible for launching our client’s digital marketing platform and help develop their email and digital marketing strategies, in addition to some social media asset management.   • Leading the development and implementation of our overall digital marketing strategy, serving as the day-to-day digital account manager
  • Designing, implementing, optimizing, and measuring customer experience journeys, marketing programs, and digital channels to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Working with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute a marketing strategy to acquire new customers across search engine optimization, pay-per-click, affiliate, digital partnership, email marketing, mobile, and paid social media
  • Implementing an aggressive A/B testing plan to drive revenue growth and optimize our consumer experience
  • Set up ad operations processes, test, traffic, and lead the creative asset development to ensure achievement of desired standards of performance
  • Proactively track campaign effectiveness in relation to marketing spend and key performance indicators; make recommendations for and implementing improvement where necessary
  • Collaborating with Analytics and Marketing teams to identify new approaches, user segments and opportunities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the different phases of the customer journey 
  • Deep knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience with digital analytics with ability to glean insights from data
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines and a fast pace environment
